Purple Sweet Potato Tart

The lady at the counter is really kind and patient as I am stuck between picking a cake and this tart. She mentioned this tart is not sweet but to my surprise. It is sweetened to perfection cos the sweetness came the sweet potato itself. The purple cream on the top is light and fluffy and uber creamy. 好滿足。😋
