Pumpkin Tahini Salad

Feeling like something healthy - order a great Nina’s salad I have have preferred more evidence of Tahini or other flavour as it was bland but could have just been that day

#veganuary Nina’s Real Food in Jeffrey’s Bay is a favourite. They have plenty of vegan and vegetarian options and I’ve never been disappointed. This salad was fresh and delicious. Tahini dressing was awesome. Pumpkin was a nice change on a salad. I ordered take-away as we’re not eating in restaurants during the pandemic. #veganuary
