Pumpkin Quiche

A 10/10. My non-vegan friend really loved it too. Love that they use Japanese pumpkin!!

Nice pumpkin pie. It was tasty but maybe a bit dry.. the salad was lovely.

Not as quiche like as I was hoping but I am a huge fan of pumpkin everything! It was very savory and the salad it came with was delicious!
