Pumpkin Chili

The individual spices for this chili were not listed on the package, so I was unsure what all lie within. It is heavy on the cumin, which I don’t love (unless it’s in a Mexican dish for some reason). I added some of the medicinal broth from Raw Girls to the soup, and it mellowed out that strong flavor…liked it much more! The large chunks of tomatoes, potatoes, and pumpkin were really hearty. There are crushed walnuts throughout. Nice chili/soup. #soupseason #veganchili #foodtruck 🎃
