Pretzel Sliders

This consisted of Chick-Not rolled in an oh so delicious sauce made with their own honey alternative mixed with buffalo and topped with citrus slaw on a pretzel bun with vegan mayo. This plant-based chicken is a startlingly realistic stand-in for the bird-derived version, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
