I had the bordelaise poutine made with red wine and shallots. Very good but I would have loved if the cheese was a bit more melted.
Its a pleasure to eat a vegan poutine in a Canadian restaurant. Maybe a little more sauce or another kind of vgcheese more creamy but still very nice
