Pot Stickers

I was curious about these since I hadn’t had pot stickers anywhere else before. These were fried dumplings filled with tofu, cabbage, jicama, spinach, and ginger. I liked them and liked that fried though they were, the stuffing was at least healthy. 😅

Oooh I'm getting hungry thinking about these pot stickers again!! They were so tasty!! Delicious vegan meat and veg filling. And that sauce 🤤 We got this for Take Away and had a picnic (on a bench at the Asian Art Museum before our visit).. So much fun!! Delicious food! I'm eyeing Mama's Claypot for next time. Vegan Asian food in SF is fantastic! #veganisnotscary
