Sapore un po' troppo delicato per i miei gusti, un po' insipido. Da loro ho mangiato risotti molto più buoni

Eating vegan risotto drinking organic wine in Milan, could it get any better? This risotto was beautiful! The risotto and sauce were very creamy sauce and the mushrooms were fresh and not over cooked at all. Overall mushroom flavour was subtle but still very nice, although perhaps a touch too salty for me. I liked the clean and simple presentation, but m the risotto did go cold quicker than if perhaps it had been in a bowl.
