Pomelo Salad

This is one of my favourite dishes at Element! Yonas insisted I post a picture with him showing his excitement to eat it haha. #pomelosalad with cashews, herbs, coconut, chili and a sweet lime dressing. This dish is just so fresh, and we devoured it quite quickly.

I adore this salad. Fresh and slightly sweet pomelo, with crispy onion, cashews, cucumber, chili and i nice citrusy dressing. This restaurant is wonderful.

This salad was lip-smacking good! The pomelo was so fresh and bright, paired with some spicy chili, herbs, and cashew nuts, it was such a good combination! Not a huge portion but definitely good for an appetizer or light meal.
