Plant-Based Toastie

Smashed #avocado 🥑, #friedmushroom 🍄, #blacksesame seeds, and #babyspinach on a toasted #sourdough 🍞. You can not go wrong in any way with this combination of produce. It was incredibly delicious. The fried mushrooms were the golden medalists in this breakfast. The combination of colours on this slice of #sourdough wasinviting, from earth brown to fibrant green, #eatingwithmyeyes R65 for this breakfast was not bad. We will have breakfast again Jacksons Real Food Market

One of my favourite combinations for a sandwich - mushrooms, avocado and spinach on toasted sourdough bread. It did need a touch more seasoning, yet it was still enjoyable. The mushrooms were fried beautifully - could possibly be more generous with those in the portion. I found myself rationing to make them last for each bite. 🥑🥪🍄
