This dish offers a smorgasbord of plant-based meats, tofu, and veggie sides and “fixins.” The “meats” are Impossible-brand, and as usual, these should guarantee that any eater won’t miss the flesh-based alternatives. I found the kabob great without any doctoring, while the pineapple relish complemented the tofu and the vegetable curry complemented the sausage. The broccolini was dependably good, with a subtle flavor from some other food that had been cooked with the same device. The cilantro beans and rice were similarly dependably good. The vegetable curry, however, stood out among the sides, offering strong zest as a lone dish or as an add-on to any of the “meats.” One our visit, when ordering another round of food in our “all you care to enjoy”-mood, our server only permitted us to refill two options at a time. For example, we could only request additional servings for the broccolini and tofu, but nothing more. Be aware of this rule, which will limit your ability to truly feast. Besides the restriction I just mentioned, this meal was excellent.
