Plant Based Beet Ravioli

YUM!!!! Came here for my bday supper and loved this so much! A little bit of spice and lots of flavour! The restaurant has quite a few vegan options on the menu and most are that way without alteration! Aka made to be yummy as vegan originally with no modifications 😎

Sweet potato and basil stuffing, in a delicious ginger coconut sauce. I LOVED this dish!
