Plant Based 11 Course Menu

We had an amazing 11 course tasting menu at Eleven Madison Park to celebrate a special occasion. The picture is from one of the courses, which had a story associated with it. The service was flawless. The only problem is the price - for two people including tip it was almost $1000! It’s an amazing experience, but not something I can recommend in general.

A “should” try experience. Only two of multiple courses I’ve posted here. Highly creative, excellent quality and varied use of ingredients. A pity that the wines aren’t all plant based too. The chocolate pretzel 🥨 was awesome, I must say. Like a Belgian praline, it melted away…
