This hopper is more recognised as appam or palappam. There’s some familiarity with a nice dosa batter mix. Made with a fermented rice batter and coconut milk. Recommended to have these opposed to rice for lighter carbs and I was glad we did! It soaked up all the flavor and wiped clean our bowls.
