Pizza Con Funghi, Patate Arrosto E Pasta Di Pomodoro A Crudo

Una delle poche (forse unica) pizzerie con formaggio vegano a Parma. Buonissima!

Finally, Parma has its first pizzeria making vegan pizza with vegan cheese! And it tastes amazing. Truly. This is a pizza that I composed featuring mushrooms, potatoes and tomato paste, plus mozzarisella. I would maybe skip the tomato paste next time but I liked it so very much. #veganuary
