Pineapple Fried Rice

probably one of the best pineapple curry fried rice i’ve had! this one *actually* tastes like pineapple curry. very well seasoned & flavoured 🌟💫✨🍍🍍

I absolutely love everything Plumeria, though this is not what I was expecting. It was still delicious of course! It had a heavy saffron flavor and not a lot of veggies or pineapple. The faux chicken is amaaazing (very tender) and I loved the crunch of the cashews. I would recommend this, but just know it’s heavy on the saffron.
