Yesterday I discovered by chance that a new bistro has opened in my town. The menu is not completely vegan but offers several 100% plant-based dishes.
I was delighted to meet Barbara and Claudio who run the place. It was a really pleasant afternoon.
They want to introduce more vegan dishes to the menu and are also organising a completely veg event!
I would really recommend this place to anyone in the area!
I had just had lunch so I only had a small aperitif freshly prepared in front of me while we chatted. Despite having only known Barbara and Claudio for a few minutes I felt like a guest at a friend's house.
The price of the aperitif is 10€ and includes a drink and a plate of snacks. Having said that I was not very hungry they wanted to give me a discount, they were very kind!
They cooked me tofu with mushrooms and aubergines, accompanied by delicious taralli!
