Pho

What can I say, burst of umami flavors with the glazed Seitan in a very tasty and fresh veggies bowl of broth . It’s a quiet and peaceful little café nestled in a busy part of the Venice Beach/Culver city area. 10 minutes from the ocean and Venice pier , this little gem offers all sorts of classics or ethnic interpretations. I will keep coming back. Amazing service, no fuss.

the Pho is phenomenal! Try the “shrimp” and drunk cauliflower too :)

Went to Variable Cafe in LA with @ashleymae the evening before #VWS2022. We couldn’t get over the plant-based Pho, coconut “shrimp” and drunken cauliflower. Highly recommend checking it out next time you’re in #LosAngeles.
