Phad Thai Tofu

Good! A bit on the sweeter side, and I liked the option to add more spice.

I loved this vegan version of a traditional Phad Thai- my non-vegan friends said it tasted identical to the ones they have had before! The tofu was crispy and the sauce was a lovely combination of sweet, sour and spicy. Loved the restaurant and was very happy to find this little vegetarian /vegan sanctuary in the middle of Bangkok! #ashersfarmsanctuary #ashers
