My favorite dish on Quickie Too’s menu is the Pepper Steak. It’s country fried Seitan steak with grilled sweet peppers, onions, creamed polenta with gravy, collard greens and a hush puppy. That seitan steak will blow your mind... absolutely delicious!!
Happy tasty soul food for the tummy with the best hush puppy I’ve had since my time in South Carolina.
