🇪🇸 Para la cena de Nochevieja de este año decidí no cocinar y pedí todo
listo y en Playa San Juan encontré esta charcutería vegana que tiene un menú muy rico: de entrada también tuvimos alcachofas a la romana, por consejo de la cocinera . ¡Y no nos arrepentimos!
Las alcachofas estaban crujientes y sabrosas, el vinagre era delicado y no tapaba el sabor de las verduras.

🇬🇧 For the New Year's Eve dinner this year I decided not to cook and order everything ready and in Playa San Juan I found this vegan deli that has a very rich menu: as an appetizer we also had artichokes alla romana, on the advice of the cook. And we did not regret!
The artichokes were crunchy and tasty, the vinegar was delicate and didn't cover the flavor of the vegetables.

🇮🇹 Per il cenone di Capodanno quest'anno ho deciso di non cucinare e ordinare tutto già pronto e a Playa San Juan ho trovato questa gastronomia vegana che ha un menú ricchissimo: come antipasto abbiamo preso anche dei carciofi alla romana, su consiglio della cuoca. E non ci siamo pentiti!
I carciofi erano croccanti e saporiti, l'aceto era delicato e non copriva il sapore della verdura.
