This consisted of organic green peas, 🌱-based cheddar cheese, a pinch of red onions, and Mistaken For Bacon® in a creamy, slightly sweet dressing featuring Mundus Foods sour cream. Full of flavors that enhanced, but didn’t mask that of the fresh peas, this was so good. Packed with protein too. I could easily have eaten a whole meal’s worth of this. #saveveganrestaurants
