Interesting to have a choice of either fettuccine pasta or baiye tofu 'noodles' (low-carb high-protein option, featured in this picture)! The spinach soy milk cream sauce was smooth and did not taste too vegetal. Topped with pieces of kabocha squash pumpkin, cherry tomatoes, king oyster mushrooms, sliced garlic, and alfalfa sprouts.
