Pasta Melanzane (with Aubergines)

Been in Sri Lanka two weeks now so was craving some pasta and luckily Ella has loads of westernised restaurants and Ak ristoro was right next to where we are staying. Basic but but still delicious and felt so good to eat something else other then curry 😂pasta was cooked perfectly and the dish was very saucy just like I love it!! Just make sure to ask for no cheese. They are very understanding when it comes to veganism. #pasta #italian #vegan #veganfood
