Impossible Taco

These are some of the best tacos i have ever had 🌮👌🏻 A perfect balance

of greens, impossible mince, tangy tomato salsa & guacamole on 2 soft-shelled tacos. It goes perfectly with an ale tropicana beer. Friendly staff too - the lady and i got to discuss about veganism for a short while. Highly recommended this mexican restaurant.

Perhaps they ran out of mince, but having chunks of Impossible patty didn’t quite translate

into the “ground meat” #tacotuesday experience I was looking for oops. Also 1 taco roughly keeps you full for an hour cos I had 2 of these and 1 shroom taco but was hungry again after 3 hours. Wow #math 🧮 Will be getting burritos next time I’m here because rice is life #carbsforlife 🍚🌾

Work-aversary celebration lunch for a team member this week. We were all really looking forward

to this lunch and while it started well with great chips and guacamole it didn’t finish on a high note. All of us had these tacos and the vegan tacos and all agreed that overall the dish lacked flavour. All the toppings were fresh and looked great, but the taste was underwhelming. Also, $18 for two tacos is ridiculous. I do applaud Papi’s for making an effort to include plant-based options on their menu.

The soft taco was very good the filing was so so. The taco could have

been done with more cilantro, lemon etc. The taste of impossible was kind of over powering. We also had the vegan burrito and the impossible burrito but did not enjoy it as much. The sauces were amazing.

This is the second time I tried these tacos and i must say it tasted

better the first time i had them. 🤔 The impossible meat was clumpy like a chunk of meat. I was expecting it to be minced and seasoned throughout. It was an okay meal - it lacked flavours until we dressed it with the sauces. Service was great and company (my team) was even better but the food was pretty average. 😗

This was such a good dish. Wish the portions were larger, but definitely having it

again. The “meat” was so flavourful while still capturing the other veggies like the rocket, avocado, and tomatoes. The restaurant staff was also very friendly! Cozy place in general.

WOWZERS!! These tacos are so good, if you miss having a hunk of beef in

a taco look no further. Not sure if I prefer these to just the veggie ones, but nonetheless they are delicious still. I love Papis tacos 🥲🥲

The Impossible meat is really convincing when it comes to texture and taste. My friend

totally enjoyed this and was so surprised it was vegan. So far, this is my favorite vegan option here. The tacos has the right proportion of ingredients. I find it flavourful and yummy!
