Yummy crispy fried turnovers filled with a slightly spicy filling made using tomatoes, in-house vegan cashew cheese, garlic, olives, capers, red chilli peppers and basil leaves. Really loved the filling and the cashew cheese which made the whole filling rich. The sauce was to die for and a rare authentic tasting Italian sauce after a while. #veganitalian
The panzerotti is a cheese and marinara filled pocket that is baked till it's slightly crispy . I thought the vegan cheese had a doughy texture that went really well with this dish. The marinara was delicious too
