Pannacotta Vegan

Troppo buona, troppo delicata, troppo morbida...con un grande difetto...... troppo piccola!!!

I would not be able to tell you if it tasted like the original version of the pannacotta as I haven't had one in at least 10 years. However this dessert was light and sweet, with a touch of mandarin to balance it out.
