Pani puri

One of my all time fav Indian street food. This one’s a great find in #sg #veganuary

Gets low points on value & originality but otherwise it tasted really good! Reminded me of home and we got a couple of more plates after this one. I haven't had Pani Puri in Singapore before so have nothing to compare it with but it's set the bar high. It had a really good balance of all the elements which can be hard to find! #veganisnotscary
