Pandan Raisin

Sweet fluffy bread with a hint of natural pandan, and generously filled with raisins and red beans. Another great find from the bakery! ❤️

ATTENTION. whatever you're doing now, i humbly beg you to STOP and go buy this bread now!!!! it's life-changing omg 🥺🤯🤩 i wish y'all could smell this — when i tore the bread open the natural aroma of pandan was literally so strong, i was SHOOKT. definitely not your average artificial pandan extract! taste-wise this is almost like pandan cake but in bread form. super soft and fluffy dough generously STUFFED with raisins and red bean. i love how the bread itself is only mildly sweet which brings out the natural sweetness of the fillings. and unlike most other bakeries they definitely didn't skimp on the fillings, just look at that cross-section!!! SO SO GOOD. okay the review ends here cos' i'm gonna get myself another slice 🤤

Was looking for the raisins which I couldn’t see at first but once I cut into the bread there were SO many of them plus some surprise red beans too. My only gripe was that the red beans were concentrated in certain areas of the bread so I’d either get loads or none at all. Other than that, a fresh, soft and fragrant loaf of bread 🤗

With cranberries! Missed out on the pandan cake! This was reaally soft too
