Pan seared king oyster mushroom scallops

Lovely to see a sexy, "fine dining" style starter, there's a lot of vegan junk food, so I love to see this sort of thing. The 'black pudding' was lovely, all in all a great starter shared with the bf!

My absolute favourite starter at Harmonium. Amazing presentations, and the taste is all there too. Every bite is delectable.

Juicy mushroom, freshly made sauce and crispy “bacon”. Very delightful first dish after we arrived kn Edinburgh!
