Super crispy gyozas filled with #Impossible 'beef' and water chestnuts. 🥟🌰 This ever received the @abillion award for Singapore's top 50 vegan dishes, and for good reason! 🏆 It was my partner's favourite item from the dim sum platter, and he excitedly asked if we could order more of this a la carte. I've had plenty of vegan dumplings by this point, but this is indeed a notch above the rest, in part because of the cooking skills and I suppose also because the plant-based meat alternative is more premium (plus more aromatic since it contains alliums)~ ($12 for 3 pieces) #sgvegan #veganoptions #chinesefood #dimsum
Omg, these are soooo good. Even the meat eaters on our table absolutely loved them. Sometimes i find impossible "too meaty" but i think the balance of veggies with the dumplings are so nice. They're served with a side of soy and ginger as well which sets it off quite nicely.
A plump juicy dumpling that’s moist on the inside and crispy on the outside! I enjoyed it as a vegan dumpling but because it tastes a lot like real meat, if you’re vegan/vegetarian because you don’t like the taste of meat, then this isn’t for you!
Crispy, flavourful and beautifully presented. Great starter for a lovely meal.
It's tasty. Better than prives gyozas in my opinion.
