Pad Ka Prow (Vegan Option)

This dish seemed more generic American "Chinese" than Thai. But it tasted okay. Last time, I had a vegan alternative to larb gai, which was very spicy, but more enjoyable. They are very flexible at adapting several dishes to be vegan. The restaurant is comfortable, located across the street from the farmers' market.
