The owner here, Benji, was gravely😵 ill with digestive problems and started baking 👨‍🍳to try to get over his issues. He’s mastered the 🌱vegan cinnamon bun and this is his original glazed. It’s moist and has a nice cinnamon sugar mixture inside. I’d like more from the glaze somehow but I suppose this is why they do the 🍦vanilla, 🍫chocolate, 🍌banoffee, lotus, Oreo, etc flavors. The whole shop is vegan with different flavors, vegan milkshakes and hot drinks. You can even order on Deliveroo. This original glazed was £4.50. It’s still no Cinnabon or my grandmother’s cinnamon roll but it’s the best vegan version I’ve had. Maybe I need more of a caramel topping with 🌰pecans? This bakery is 100% vegan and just opened up their second location! ✨🌿 This is the sort of cinnamon bun I grew up eating - soft and squishy and bread-y rather than flaky. I absolutely loved it.
