Oh Maitake

Nice! I loved the big grilled mushroom! It was crispy on the outside—a bit too crispy for me but still great. It had pickled onions which paired well. The bun was soft but did not get soggy. I had it with fries and their hipcity sauce. It was a satisfying burger :) The atmosphere is chill and the place looks clean.
