I was delightfully surprised at how good this was, and they also cut the cauliflower
to make it seem like there was a stem like a chicken wing. Would have been better fresh but some parts were still crispy (loved the crispy batter bits on the bottom) when we got home. Ordered with a barbecue sauce.
