NYC Cheesecake

Kaf’s New York cheesecake (blueberry cheesecake) was good, but I didn’t find it as tasty as it was pretty 🫐 I really enjoyed the ‘cheese’ part’s texture, as well as the crunch brought by the bottom layer. However, I wish the blueberry flagrance was stronger, and I think it was undermined by the overall sweetness of the cake. I felt like it could have used a bit less sweetener. The bottom layer probably had speculos and a few nuts pieces, the latter being I thought a nice addition! Overall, it made a nice sweet treat but had nothing special, and at 55 DKR I don’t think I would order this again.

Locale totalmente vegan con un' ampissima scelta di torte e dolci. Sono tornata a che i due giorni successivi, era tutto pazzesco!

Ok, this cheesecake was AMAZING. Not only was the base tick and the crust crunchy enough, I really enjoyed the strawberry jam on top and the delicious lemon/vanilla aroma. Too good to be true!
