Nutroast

I love Mad Cucumber’s roast dinner! They did a fab new (to me) cauliflower cheese with this one. The roast potatoes were great too.

Fantastic as always! They now only make them to order so make sure you pre-order in advance! The nut roast is so good and not crumbly so great for dipping in the gravy!

I had this delicious nut roast about a month ago, but I definitely want to review it. Served with roasted potatoes and veggies, braised cabbage, gravy and cheesy leeks, it’s filling and super tasty.
