Nut And Seed

One of the nicest light meals I have ever had - using their own in-house nut & seed flat bread (I bought some to take home) topped with date & cashew nut butter, a crunchy apple & mint salad, tahini dressing and za'atar. It was fresh, delicious, and perfectly balanced.
