No Cheese Go Nuts

“No Cheese Go Nuts” is one of the 3 vegan pizzas being served at Otomat and since I love the two base ingredients, I just had to give it a try! So, if you happen to be a mushroom and cauliflower lover like me 🙈, you will definitely appreciate this one. 😋 As a base, this has a slightly spicy cauliflower sauce, since it’s one of the “not🍅mat” pizzas of the menu. The sauce has a thick consistency that smoothes out perfectly the crustiness of the dough. The shiitake mushrooms are very nicely baked and taste heavenly 🤤, while the pickled cauliflower florets are properly softened and salted. 🤌🏼 There’s also a decent amount of nut-based cheese cubes spread over the pizza; a surprising taste that blends so well altogether with the cappers, the roquette and the yummy BBQ Sauce. 🌱💛 #healthysnack #mushroomlover #cauliflowerlover #veganinbrussels #veganpizza
