The tempeh bacon certainly tastes like bacon, and it made a big difference here. I'm not a fan of the cheap look and texture of "chik'n", kinda reminds me more of fish than chicken. This was a good sandwich though. The garlic ranch and provolone, while they drop the nutritional value of the sandwich, also played a big part.
