Nasi Lemak

Personally I think chilli paste is the soul of nasi lemak besides the coconut fragrance of rice. Hope to see change of chili paste

Quick meal, san egg to make it vegan. Chilli is spicy and oily. Rice is fragrant with pandan. Other ingredients include peanuts n mushroom stems, fried tofu fish and cucumber. Would be great if there is a vegetable or achar. Cost about $5.50.
