Mustard Plant Soup

Clear broth filled with mustard greens cooked with ginger~ 🍲🥬 Got of a bit of a shock when the extremely vegetal-looking bowl was served but it was a good way to get my greens in I guess hahaha. 🙈 There was an option to add on mixed fried tofu for 10,000 VNĐ; would recommend doing so since the original dish usually comes with a protein, and there would be more variety in taste/texture and better presentation!
