Mushroom udon Noodles

This dish was delicious. There was big and juicy mushrooms. The Udon noodles were chewy and there was a sweet sauce. I love that there was edamame beans as well.

Finally found Indonesian style food in SA! This might be my favourite dish ever - it’s so perfectly balanced with sweet, salty, sour, umami. The mushrooms are juicy, the herbs are fresh, the sauce is generous. This is my go-to comfort meal, hangover meal, treat meal. I will sit in silence while I slurp up these noodles. Absolute happiness.
