Mushroom omelette

A delicious Chickpea omelette with sautéed mushrooms and kale and onion. Loved this fluffy light omelette. Only thing I didn’t enjoy were the pickled radishes but it’s minor and can be ordered without. Definitely a 5/5 dish #veganisnotscary
