Mushroom kolo mee

It’s been so long since I’ve had such good dry noodles, seriously a 5/5 I cannot recommend enough! Noodles were springy, ingredients were delicious and well seasoned! Very very good

$6! liked this!! kolo mee was very q and bouncy:D portion is also huuuge, enough for 2 people (with a smaller appetite) to share tbh! the mushrooms were really soft and chewy, I think they’re braised? my dad felt that the entire dish just had an overpowering sesame oil taste though, but I loved it and reminded me of the sarawak kolo mee I loved to eat before turning vegetarian:”
