Mushroom Fried Rice

Indonesians love fried rice! This Mushroom fried rice has some mock meat in it for protein, and side of fresh and pickled veggies, making it kinda balanced. The fried enoki Mushroom on top makes it look very unique. The fried rice was very Umami - it bursts in all Indonesian flavours, and the enoki mushroom was crispy, but soft on the center ☺️ #jaan
