Mushroom Foraging (Vegan Option)

I asked for the vegan option on the Mushroom Foraging dish and it was delicious! Roasted, very tasty mushrooms, with vegan feta, spinach hummus, edamame, basil pesto and toasted hazelnuts on multigrain toast. Can’t wait to have this again!
