Mushroom, Spinach And Potato Gözleme

I was so happy to come across this little gem in Stoke Newington. Gözleme is a savoury Turkish stuffed flatbread. This dish was perfect for a winter’s day and tasted delicious. It could do with some vegan garlic mayo or sauce but I would still highly recommend!
