Mushroom Cannelloni

I haven't had cannelloni in years, but it was always a favourite meal of mine when I was vegetarian. This one was excellent and really made me want to look up a recipe for vegan cannelloni that I can make myself. Easily the best meal I had while I was in Rawai! The vegan cheese was very creamy and paired perfectly with the pasta. I only wish I'd visited this café in person rather than ordering a takeaway, because it looks like a lovely little place. 😊
