mushroom burger

Tasty #burger . Its vege #patty but with a generous amount of #portobello perhaps #shimeiji mushrooms. Sliced onions cooked just nice. Red bells peppers are stir fried lightly too. Only downside is it’s a bit sloppy bcos of the mayo and im not a fan of sloppy burgers. But it’s delicious!

Good taste, but it’s hard to eat because it crumbles. The fries are also great!

I went with the staff favourite, and I’m going to say straight up that this burger was perfection. If Beyoncé was a burger this would be it. The buns were plump, fresh, soft and not over-toasted, the patty was hearty, “meaty”, tasty and satiating, there was just the right ratio of mozzarella cheese, paprika, onions and garlic mayo, and the creamed mushrooms, the star of the show... oh my lord. I have never had these on a burger before and today I feel I have been born again. My tastebuds were briefly transported to heaven and back and life is not the same now. The chips were hot and crispy as they should be (a variety of sauces are available on the table to drizzle on at your leisure), and the side slaw with toasted pepitas was at its perfect serving size: minimal. There was nothing bad to say about this dish. It all arrived hot in the flashest of flashes despite being a busy night and was worth every bit of the 17,500 won. For this taste experience I would have happily paid more. I would have taken a picture mid-way to show the layers but I was too busy man-handling it into my gob.

A perfect combination between the bean-based patty, creamy mushroom sauce, and salty vegan cheese on top. My go to burger forever! #jaan

Absolutely delish. I have not had such great burger buns for a long while now. I enjoyed every bite of the soft burger bun. Biting into the delicious veggie patty sandwiched between more veggies and mushrooms... would love to have a whee bit more of the vegan cheese though.
